It has in place a documented procedure that takes into account the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) as well as the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA). These procedures are designed to ensure proper utilization of credit reporting and dispute resolution.

Uptain Group, Inc. has in place our very own "Uptain University" with an onsite dedicated training department for initial and continuing education. In addition, all Collection professionals are ACA Certified before taking their first call.
